This is the result of a study undertaken by FAO and just published by the local office. This is the pro-active FAO I am proud of. The issue is extremely complicate as everyone can imagine, but it is a proof that the UN can do something, a drop into the Ocean, to move ahead this endless conflict based on the control of natural resources.
